Local Airports Will Receive Thousands of Dollars for Upgrades

Local airports and aerodromes will receive thousands of dollars for upgrades through the Support Regional Aviation Program.

The State Government is committing over $400,000 towards upgrading six aerodromes across the state, including resealing the apron and taxiway at the Ceduna Airport and replacing gable markers at the Lock Aerodrome.

Minister for Local Government, GEOFF BROCK, congratulated the successful applicants and said the upgrades are crucial for emergency service providers.
