Balaklava Police are seeking information from the public following an incident at Grace Plains Monday morning.
At 9.40am, a member of the public contacted police after observing a black Holden Commodore sedan driving at extreme speed on Traeger Road.
They stated they also observed the sedan driving dangerously and allegedly forcing oncoming vehicles to leave the road.
A 39-year-old woman from Two Wells was located nearby the vehicle and when questioned by police was arrested for hindering police.
She has been bailed to appear at the Clare Magistrates Court on 10 July.
Police are urging any members of the public who saw or has dashcam footage of the vehicle to contact Crime Stoppers, with any information treated with the strictest confidence.
