The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network has established a steering group to develop a new service plan for Snowtown Hospital, Burra Hospital and Riverton District Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital.
As part of the planning process, community feedback is sought on local hospitals, Country Health Connect and mental health services.
Fraser Ellis Member for Narunnga is asking people to provide their experience of accessing local services to the committee through a five minute electronic survey.
