A man is heading to court after firearms and drugs were found on his property in Port Wakefield.
Police searched the home with the assistance of Dog Operations Unit on Friday afternoon.
During the search, they allegedly located a sawn-off shotgun and three large plastic bags of a drug substance believed to be Methylamine HCL (a controlled precursor).
A cash counting machine, ammunition and a taser were also found on the property.
A 44-year-old man from Port Wakefield was charged with a number of offences including possessing a firearm without a licence, possessing ammunition without a licence and possessing a controlled precursor for sale.
He was refused police bail and fronted Port Pirie Magistrates Court yesterday.
