RFDS Black Tie Gala Ball

Prepare for an evening of enjoyment as the Royal Flying Doctor Service Clare Support Group hosts an elegant Black Tie Gala Ball, commemorating 70 years of fundraising efforts.

The festivities will feature a lavish continuous dining, complimentary beverages, and lively entertainment courtesy of Australia’s favourite party band, Chunky Custard!

We are excited to announce our special guest MC is Richard de Crespigney and we extend our gratitude to our major sponsor, Tim Adams Wines.

The venue for this special event is the Clare Aerodrome on RM Williams Way, who are also celebrating 10 years. 

Formal attire is requested for the occasion.

Don’t forget to book a seat on the charter bus for easy transportation to and from the venue for a small additional charge.

Tables seat 10.  We have options to be close to the action close to the stage or further back if you prefer things a little more quiet.

We have secured a number of rooms in accommodation places from Auburn to Clare that will be exclusively for our guests.  Information will be sent once tickets have been purchased.
