The Adelaide Football Club and Viterra have joined forces to support local football clubs – which Adelaide Crows CEO Tim Silvers calls the “Heartbeat of regional communities”.
The partnership is centred around bringing past and present players to regional areas, where they can participate in local football club match days and run junior coaching clinics.
The first clubs to benefit from this partnership will be Eastern Eyre Ranges and Bute Football Club.
Viterra Communications Manager Jane McBride says they are excited to work with the Adelaide Football Club for the next two years.
“We feel this will be a fantastic platform, particularly for junior footballers to connect and learn from elite AFL and AFLW players,” Ms McBride says.
There will be a range of events and initiatives scheduled over the next two years.
