A date with the courts for a Warooka man accused of damaging council offices in Yorketown and Minlaton.
Around 10am on Wednesday, 14 February, police were called to a council office on Edithburgh Road after a man entered and spray painted the office with graffiti.
The same man allegedly caused damage to another council office on Main Street, Minlaton, an hour later.
The 57-year-old suspect was found driving on Harry Butler Road and refused to stop for police for several kilometres.
When he stopped, he was arrested and charged with two counts of property damage, disorderly behaviour and fail to stop for police.
He will appear in the Maitland Court on 30 April.
