Barunga West Council is trying to tackle its housing crisis, recently suggesting the underutilised land at Fisherman Bay get rezoned into residential land.
The rezoning would accommodate around 266 additional houses near the existing Fisherman Bay settlement,
The public is invited to view and comment on the proposal.
