As part of the Mental Health Matters Round in Whyalla this weekend, A-grade footy players will wear guernsey’s designed by local kids.
Over 100 guernsey designs were submitted as part of a competition, and a judging panel from the Whyalla Football League selected designs by Harper Anderson, Elizabeth Ferguson, and Ignatious Champion Hunter.
Each club delegate chose the design for their team.
Mental Health Matters Round will be a big weekend for footy enthusiasts in Whyalla, who will have the opportunity to meet former AFL players Rory Sloane and James Podsiadly.
Saturday night will feature performances by local artists Lost In Sounds and Emma Taylor at the Westland Hotel.
