Whyalla’s Kloeden Reserve has an important part to play in the city’s transition to become Australia’s Green Energy Capital.
The 18-hectare parcel of Crown land will be divided into four allotments:
- Permanent housing
- GFG Alliance residential facility
- Bentley’s Caravan Park
- Market-led development

The State Government will continue to work closely with Whyalla City Council and other key stakeholders to identify strategically located parcels of government-owned land to assist the city’s long-term growth.
