In Round One of the Spencer Gulf League, PropRisdon defended their premier title, winning by a landslide against Souths, 162-28.
Solomontown defeated West Augusta, 111-12, and Ports beat Centrals, 82-34.

Over in the Yorke Peninsula, Ardrossan and Wallaroo played a close game, Ardrossan winning 71-64.
CMS Crows took down Centrals, 94-70, Southern Eagles conquered Paskeville, 75-55, and Kadina beat Bute, 83-74.
