The Foster Care Walkathon is coming up this Sunday in Whyalla to mark Foster and Kinship Carer Week.
Centacare Catholic Country SA and Aboriginal Family Support Services have invited the whole community to attend, and everyone who does will go in the running to win prizes.
There’ll be a free prize for most laps walked in 45 minutes, a free sausage sizzle, a raffle, and games for kids.

Participants will arrive at the Whyalla Wetlands at 10:45 for an 11am start for some fun in the sun, while also recognising the work done by foster carers in the community.
